1. Engineering Scopes & Implementations

All tactical developments, API architectures, and pipeline designs are built according to custom Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by both corporate parties. ApecX Solutions commits to developing clean, modular, and optimized frameworks (leveraging our proprietary **ApexSphere**, **SynapseCore**, and **AegisFlow** architectures) as customized parameters to accelerate client development velocity.

2. Complete Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon successful completion of the deployment phases and receipt of the agreed-upon contract disbursements, **100% of the custom platform source code, database structures, and locally fine-tuned model weights are transferred fully to client ownership**. ApecX Solutions retains zero claims, licenses, or royalties on custom platforms developed for clients, guaranteeing absolute operational autonomy and proprietary asset integrity.

3. Maintenance & SLA Redundancies

For clients utilizing our hosted services or active maintenance contracts, ApecX Solutions provides sub-second multi-region database failover configurations (active-active Route 53 setups) and guarantees 99.4% server uptime metrics. Support tickets are prioritized dynamically based on SLA tiers, ensuring next-business-day developer resolutions for team clusters and 24/7 dedicated security engineering squads for enterprise grids.

4. Liability & Air-Gapped Limits

Since our flagship orchestrators (SynapseCore and AegisFlow) are designed to run 100% locally and completely air-gapped on the client's private hardware towers or isolated enclaves, **ApecX Solutions is not liable for data loss, server breaches, or hardware degradation caused by client-side local network conditions, third-party system manipulations, or un-audited hardware failures**.
